Why You Should Move Back To The Villages From Cities!

While an overwhelming majority of the population resides in villages, the towns and cities have made it to the intense limelight. Most media stories concern what happens in the metros and megacities rather than the villages where much of the masses live. Shall we blindly worship those conglomerations of millions?

Opportunities Everywhere Of Course

The reason we all flock to cities, of course, is because of the wealth of opportunity! Whether it is facilities for study or job opportunities, it seems that urban dwelling is the answer. If you needed medical treatment for serious diseases, the best hospitals crowd around the city landscapes where paying customers are found in plenty.

Colleges and universities, of course, would work better in comparatively peaceful surroundings in campuses away from the urban disturbances.

Yet the much-maligned city life is also prey to the largest crime network, substance abuse and violence. We are justified in saying that city ways are evil ways as the daily media so often proves.
Diseases certainly multiply faster in cities. Strange new diseases that are making their appearance are unheard of in the rural surroundings.

The American Solution

The Americans are clever enough to get to the crux of the problem. Large populations in the USA reside in far-flung suburbs with little pollution and commute to work across long distances each day. Though time and fuel are spent in daily commuting, the advantages are obvious. A serene life of the village in the lap of nature would bring immense benefits in the long run. The loss of tranquility downtown would usher in stressful experiences.

A lot of city people sooner or later become victims of mental diseases and in serious cases of depression, suicide may be the occurrence. The great extent of stress causing noise, tensions, enmities and jealousies, endless competition are all responsible. Aging happens more quickly in the urban scenario with all that polluted air getting into the lungs each day.

Sedentary lifestyles of endless television viewing besides the hours spent on computers at home and in the office are certainly killing. Neck and back problems would occur sooner rather than later. Scientists talk of bone and nerve problems as a result of being bent over a series of digital objects each day.

Why can’t we simply bid goodbye to cities and digital stuff? That is hardly feasible! We are trapped in our surroundings and leaving it would be merely wishful thinking. Is there no escape then from all the potential hazards of a stressful city-based lifestyle?

We could make adjustments and inject doses of spirituality, nature and action into our lives in order to get an energy boost. The pitiable condition of the millions in the cities with little space to breathe is quite alarming. Even the neighborhood parks seem to be overwhelmed in the search for greenery. The little oasis in the desert has a huge role to play at least for the children in the shadows of the trees, pursuing their innocent games which only possible in the villages

Get Into The Spirit Of Yoga And Meditation

Yoga and meditation would commence an inward journey every individual would be grateful for, though not allied to any particular religion. The journey inwards can be quite revealing in terms of self-knowledge. We are concerned most of the time with exteriors and appearances.

It takes a while though to get to the heart of the self. Belonging to a group in surroundings to your liking could help the process and bring fresh air into a life full of stale city air. The inspirational value of such pursuits can be dazzling.

Even if we do not find nature amidst concrete, we could replicate nature. YouTube sound recordings of waterfalls, the ocean and jungle sounds could become a beginning to discover nature afresh. Everybody, of course, is exposed to the natural wonders on television but they often involve killing that is certainly stressful.

Are You Sure You Cannot Do Without Meat?

While slaughterhouses work at full swing amongst controversies like cow slaughter, the opposite point of view is slowly gaining momentum. Giving up the eating of meat is slowly getting indulged in by larger numbers. While it is true that many butchers would be displaced if we turned vegetarian, is there any reason that the barbarity should continue?

Eat vegetarian diets to feel the difference. You certainly feel a lot happier after not crunching bones and flesh, whether breast, thigh or wings. Science has proved that enough nutrients come to us from vegetarian diets. The only problem is that habits die hard. What appears impossible today may become a reality tomorrow.

The Unique Nature Retreat Is Possible

Recreating nature in small ways to begin with like the flower or the kitchen garden has its rewards. But then what happens to the large numbers that reside high up in the apartments? Balcony gardens maybe and there does exist miniature versions of things that are uniquely attractive too. Bonsai, plants growing along walls and flowing down balconies have to be seen to be believed.

The problem is the shift of consciousness. That little walk in the wilderness behind the apartment block has to be undertaken with enough regularity. Muscles must ache and the lungs should tire. Whether walking or jogging, vigorous activity should be indulged in. Is it an attack of laziness that keeps people away from the gym?

Annual holidays perhaps high on the mountains or lost at the ocean on mystic islands could bring that burst of energy. Everybody indulges in that but maybe only once in five years. Is that really sufficient?

Let nature’s serenity of the villages get into the heart, lung, blood and bones! Seek nature indoors and outdoors. Read, think, eat, and chase nature in the raw. Nature-based activities like trekking and camping, fishing and boating would expose you to that fleeting spirit of nature. Once you have captured that in essence, nature becomes your silent partner for an eternity. You then know that you are safe in the serenity that nature has to offer.

Say goodbye to the concrete jungle woes when you are in sync with the natural essence of the villages. Let go of vain illusions. The time to search for the serene life is now!

Can You See Many Little Advertisements Online Popping Up All The Time

Come to think of it, there is really no escape from those advertisements bothering you across print media, broadcasting and now online! Yet we all know that they keep the industry running and engender enormous revenues in some sense. Where would we be without that enormous exchange of information that brings sellers and buyers together? Ads do generate euphoria too.

• The Google Adsense magic has indeed taken the online world by storm. Those millions of small websites could generate tidy incomes by allowing Adsense to include the little banners and text messages that keep coming and going alongside the real stuff. It is hard to believe that Adsense gives rise to billions in revenue for Google and the future is only getting better. In fact Adsense contributes to Adchoices too.

• Adchoices is certainly a mighty achievement and the work of genius. The interest based advertising idea takes the cue from surfing habits and generates ads in keeping with the surfer’s interests. What it means is that the program keeps track of websites visited. If the person visits many tourism sites, Adchoices may suggest some glorious vacation destinations. Though it does seem like privacy invasion, surfers may be flattered and bring home some valid ideas.

• The present is certainly the age of the small things. The Adwords advertising program basically consists of about 135 characters, reminding of Twitter messages! Those little ads go a long way on national and international distribution. CPC or cost per click advertising and cost per thousand impressions or cost per mile are the different methods to bring in revenue. When you wish to advertise, be prepared to pay. We can well imagine how many advertisements are doing the rounds online at this very moment.

If You Are Interested In Internet Marketing And Who Isn’t

A herculean mystery surrounds the concept of internet marketing except for those technical persons in the know. Setting up a global business got so much simplified! Expenses are terribly reduced with no need for the brick and mortar store though larger concerns have it in addition to the online outlet. With a fewer staff and much less hassles and security concerns, you get a global market to sell goods, products and services. Flipkart is only one of the many giants that are making lots of hay in a world where the sun perpetually shines.

The first step would be the fabulously designed website that makes the customers feel like buying and convinces them of authenticity. Many strange illegal fish lurk in that internet ocean after all. Advertising the website through social media, word of mouth, flyers and print and broadcast media would follow.
So how do you get into the top ranking pages of the search engines to attract surfers’ attentions? In fact several methods exist that help to obtain higher positions on search engine rankings.
• The first answer would be search engine optimization for the website of course with carefully arranged keywords.
• We live in the age of the video that certainly makes grand impressions with character, voice and gesture to communicate meaning. Action convinces far more than pictures and texts do. Video SEO ranking would uplift chances of higher rankings too and keywords do the trick again.
• Google adwords are a form of paid advertising where advertisements are bought. But then it is no waste because payments are only made when advertisements are clicked by surfers.
• Are we forgetting the good old yellow pages? Certainly not. The directories in Google search results contain yellow pages too.
• Getting into Google listings with the valid address would help further.

An Eternity Of School And College Education Begins For Your Child…

Lost in the excitement of married life, we hardly envision the future when the toddler makes it to the first day at school. Reaching that tender school going age was hard enough with all the baby sitting and nurses and doctors. Health issues, learning parenting, walking and lisping had their trials and tribulations amidst the mystical joy concerning each little aspect. Look at all those glossy pictures that form a little biography already from year to year!

Perhaps the upper classes do not have much to worry about in terms of education, jobs, marriages and future of their children. For almost everyone else, the immensity of the nightmare is just dawning. Finding an appropriate school within an affordable budget and that includes the donation would keep you rushing like mad. If lucky, some wise advice may come from the neighbor in the apartment block or the swimming instructor.

Getting The School Life Together

Besides the money question, the problem of uniforms, bags and books besides safe transport within a reasonable distance from home can be formidable tasks. Why not boarding schools that take much of the fuss away? Yet many parents especially mothers cannot imagine life in the absence of the child from home. Boarding schools are far more expensive than the usual day school but would result in the independence of spirit in the child so important for the 21st century citizen.

Naturally the parents are wide eyed and beaming with an intense happiness during the primary years. Yet we realize that the eternity is only commencing. Good academic performance would take care of the child’s future yet many find themselves dependent upon tuitions. Expenditure once again arises with additional transport and fees.

Lucky is the child so well adjusted to the school culture that ten years or more are spent in the same institution. In many cases the parents for whatever reason end up changing schools several times during the twelve years. Maybe the child failed, had discipline problems or simply did not like the buildings, teachers or students. Further expenses arise then with a fresh donation, new uniforms and perhaps books too if the examination board undergoes a change. In genuine cases there may be no cause to regret if some strong benefit arises in the life of the child. If it is merely fussiness, things may not go so well in the future!

Ego it seems observes no limits and joining clubs, buying digital stuff and practicing hobbies could all turn out to be very expensive. A child getting spoiled at the school going age itself is becoming rather common even with substance abuse, the misuse of the internet and money problems. Violence is only one of the serious issues that crop us on school campuses.

The College Adventure Commences At Last

Lucky indeed are the parents whose child has survived schooling and produced an academic percentage that qualifies for higher things. By that time the grown up teenager is waiting to indulge in further adventure and has an inkling of what waits in college and university. The college entry is the second round of the parental battles. College courses often decide the life and career of the child. Campus recruitments in many cases provide plush appointments that may remain forever, leading to ample positions and payments.

The tension filled days have begun once again and planning must take place well in advance. Luckily the all powerful online media in addition to the broadcasting and print media deliver a world of information that puts you up to date. It is hardly necessary to travel to far away colleges and institutes any more. They would happily oblige if you filled up the contact form online or downloaded the prospectus.

Yet the digital life sometimes seems unsatisfactory. The human touch seems to be receding. Though smarter and faster than the traditional practice, the older generation would certainly feel that something is lacking. In any case, many colleges have been applied to and the decision waits.

Children Nowadays Aim For Higher Degrees

Enrolling in tutorials with an eye on the entrance examinations only makes things more complicated and far more expensive. Yet it is often worth the while in most cases. Children nowadays are not content with anything less than the master’s degree or maybe even the doctorate. The undergraduate course sufficed in the olden days but is nowadays hardly considered any more.

The Value Of Professional Qualifications

Perhaps children should be in search of lucrative appointments early rather than be accumulating degrees. Seniority at work is perhaps as important as academic qualifications. Opportunities for study may arise later too after getting sponsored in many cases by employers themselves.

Study opportunities in evening colleges, online courses and distance education would also help in consolidating academic qualifications at a later date. Yet most who accumulate degrees do find openings higher on the corporate ladder like those who must do an MBA before starting any job at all!

We must agree that parents are superhuman for having survived that one and half decades or more of the child’s education! In many cases, having more than one child turns out to be greater risks and greater adventures! In countries where education is subsidized and scholarships offered to the meritorious like in Bhutan, the parental problems are somewhat alleviated. Even then the moral strength required to persevere through more than a decade of schooling itself can be most daunting, followed by the uncertainties of college.

Don’t forget the food, medicine, clothes and whatever else that are required for the child’s success. Ample reasons for the aged parents to expect something in return but many children fail that duty, sadly. Parents too have their egos and insist upon their own sparse pension incomes and dilapidated accommodations. Life is like that strangely enough when it comes to the sunset years.

Are there any alternatives? In advanced America, children obtain loans to educate themselves and may well be repaying loans into their fifties! Backward economies cannot certainly imagine such a scenario. Insurance is a precious commodity that should cover every aspect of life like health. What if education could be covered to?
